James Keith Spalding, 68, of Bardstown, Kentucky passed away Sunday June 26, 2022 at his daughters residence in Glasgow, Kentucky.
James was born October 1, 1953 in Jefferson County to the late, William Denis and Mary Bartholene Wisatt Spalding.
James served in the U.S. Marines, he was a Christian by faith, he also worked at the Old Kentucky Dinner Train in Bardstown, Kentucky.
In addition to his parents James was preceded in death by, four brothers, Denny Boy, Joe Jean, Larry, and David, one sister, Mary Ann Denim.
James is survived by one daughter, Crystal Faith Spalding of Glasgow, Kentucky, three grandchildren, Alli Hexton, Shana Hunt, and Isabella Hunt, one great- grandchild, Amoria Rae Hexton, two brothers, Thomas (Donna) Spalding of Bardstown, and Charles (Donna) Spalding of TN., two sisters, Barbara (Joe) Wilcox of Bardstown, and Matilda Brammer of Boston, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services James Keith Spalding will be held Monday July 4, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the William R. Rust Funeral Home New Haven Chapel, with Father Matthew Hardesty officiating, Christian burial to follow in the St. Joe Catholic cemetery in Bardstown.
Visitation for James will be held Sunday July 3, 2022 from 12 to 8 p.m. in the Chapel of William R. Rust Funeral Home New Haven and will continue after 9 a.m. Monday until time of service.
